The hotel was easy to find and in a great location. The reception staff were friendly and efficient to get us checked in. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We were able to park our car right outside the room so didn't have to carry our bags far.

The property is beautifully renovated and rooms beautiful decorated with comfortable beds. Pool and outdoor jacuzzi area well maintained and lifeguard on duty. There is also an indoor pool but is not open if outdoor pool is open, but also renovated beautifully. The location is amazing. Close to Main Street Hyannis there is a walkway that leads to the main shopping and restaurant district. You do not need to move car to pay high parking fees keep it parked and walk! Located directly across from Ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Cape Cod creamery also across street.

Newly renovated, sizeable king room, fridge, microwave, safe. It’s got a great breakfast place across the street, you can also get to the hy line cruises right across the street to go to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. There is a great beach that wasn’t too busy with a children’s playground near by (check the Kennedy memorial for location). Hotel was very nice, pool was great! Parking was available and plentiful. Great spot, would definitely recommend.

The room was very clean. I liked that the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard was across the street. The harbor across the street was a nice place to walk around. Main Street was within walking distance.

Pools/outdoor areas were clean and well maintained. I appreciated the lifeguard presence. The rooms attached to the outdoor pool seemed like they had nice updating.

The water in the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain.. we we called the front desk and told them we had a dinner reservation! In about 5 minutes the front desk staff knocked on our door and apologized for the issue… stated the maintenance staff had gone home for the day and offered an other room right across the hall. We were very happy with how quick she handled the situation!

Very convent and close to everything! Scenic and beautiful! Hotel was very clean and comfortable! Rooms were large and airy. Pool was beautiful! Easy walk to restaurants, cafes and stores. We had a fabulous time!

The location is amazing and the hotel has a lot of fun things to do. Pool, fire pit, chairs and hammocks. It’s super close to the Hy-Line ferry which was convenient
